- 소스재료 : 마요네즈 3큰술, 디종머스터드 1작은술, 레몬즙 1작은술, 카레가루 1/2큰술, 다진 양파 2큰술

- Ingredients: 4 Baguette, 2 Avocado, 12 Cocktail shrimps, Olive oil, 2tbsp Mayonnaise, Paprika powder, Ruccola, Salt and pepper, Crushed red pepper, 1tbsp Butter

[아보카도 새우 오픈샌드위치 레시피 I Instruction]

1. 아보카도는 반으로 가른 후, 씨를 빼고 껍질을 벗겨 0.5cm 두께로 슬라이스해주세요.
Cut the Avocado in half, take the seed out, and slice them 0.5cm thick after peeling its skin off.

2. 바게트는 달군팬에 버터를 두른 후 노릇하게 구워주세요. 소스재료는 모두 섞어주세요.
