Virtual design and construction (VDC) is a comprehensive project management approach that helps to analyze and perfect the design phases of construction. When BIM technology is used within VDC, spatial challenges are more effectively resolved.

Our VDC services include the use of a collaborative process on a common platform that enables project stakeholders to modify, update and communicate design details, keep within budget, and honor project schedules during all design phases.

As part of our VDC services, we offer seamless coordination of MEP, architecture, and structural design, using 3D models created quickly and efficiently. Time schedules, materials quantities, pricing, and maintenance details are included as additional information in the models. These models can define goals and priorities early in the design stage and enable the rapid exchange of information. We also offer the entire range of BIM services from LOD 200 to LOD 500 for design development, construction documentation, clash detection, fabrication model, and as-built models.
