for a 10 inch pan.
-140g / 5oz graham crackers
or biscuits
-40g / 1.5oz sugar
-70g / 2.5oz Butter

Recipe: filling
for a 10 inch pan.
-1k / 35oz Cream Cheese
-275g / 10oz Sugar
-1/4 TSP salt
-180g / 6.3oz Creme Fraiche or
sour cream
-3 TSP Vanilla
- half a lemon
-6 Eggs, add last!

-Oven 180C / 350F 10 min
-lower to 150C / 300F for 40min

- 300g / 10oz Berries
- 40g / 1.4oz Sugar
- Wine to deglaze
