I had always heard that there are many different ways to help improve the flavor and texture of steaks. The idea of this always fascinated me because well, I love steak. I am not a fan of marinating steaks as I really enjoy the flavors of the beef and don’t want to cover up those delicious beefy tastes. So how can we improve upon a piece of meat that is already pretty darn enjoyable? Dry Brining is the way that we decided to test.
Does dry brining really help both the flavor and texture of a steak? We wanted to find out so here we are. Now that we know if it helps or not, we want you to know too. Dry brining is something that you can easily do at home and does not take a long time to do. Give dry brining a shot for yourself and you just may have found the best way to enjoy steak.
