A 100-member of youth delegation team from Bangladesh is going to India| There are three senior Odissi dancers of OTDMC|

A group of 100 youth representatives of Bangladesh, including journalists, artists, sportspersons, doctors, and engineers, are visiting India today. The members of the delegation are going to India on a special flight of Bangladesh Biman today (October 12) for an eight-day visit.
It is with great pleasure that this year Arjita Sen Chowdhury, Diya Das Gupta and Maitri Chakraborty Turni has been selcted from "Odissi and Tagore Dance Movement Center, Chittagong". Congratulations and best wishes to them. During this time, they will meet and exchange views with important people from the government, education, business, science and technology sectors of India. The youth delegation will also visit important historical and cultural places in India.
Meanwhile, the High Commission of India in Dhaka organized a flag-off ceremony for this group of 100 members yesterday at an elite hotel in Banani of the capital Hotel Sheraton. General Secretary of Awami League and Minister of Road Transport and Bridges Obaidul Quader attended the event as the chief guest. The special guest was prominent actor Arefin Shuvo. Among others present were Indian High Commission Political Secretary Animesh Chowdhury, Energy Secretary Prateek Nagy and members of Youth Delegation Alumni.
