When an intervertebral disc in the spine shifts, it is caused by a bulging disc. These discs hold the spinal columns apart and serve as a cushion between them. This reduces friction while also making room for the nerves to pass through freely. The surrounding area may swell causing the nerves to become pinched or agitated. As a result, you may have a range of excruciating symptoms, including shooting pains when you move, tingling and numbness, or trouble performing your regular movements. #shorts #animation #spine #bulgingdisc #slippeddisc
