Yana and Kate, professional baristas from the JS Barista Training Center team will acquaint us with main types of coffee and will teach how to make coffee and make best coffee recipes. and I make a taste test afterwards and tell you how it really tastes

Today we will make a coffee recipe from "My coffee house: recipes and stories" game: Cold Cappuccino with Nutmeg and Chocolate
We need:
Fine coffee - 15 g
Ice (5-7 cubes)
Nutmeg (0.5 teaspoon)
Grated chocolate
Milk
1. Whip milk and ice in a mixer
2. Add nutmeg and grated chocolate to a cup. Brew espresso in the same cup.
3. Whipped milk pour into a cup of espresso, try to prevent the ice from getting into the drink
4. Decorate with grated chocolate.
The drink is ready! Bon Appetit.
