Volunteers at Spotlight are called the ‘VIT’s – Very Important Team. Volunteers are the incredible, well-oiled cog, in Poplar HARCA’s multi-million-pound youth offer. We encourage volunteers who are local to Tower Hamlets, pan-London and from overseas to join the team.
