Important Notes:
1. If you’re trying the dairy-free option, remember to rest your grains in cows’ milk around once a week (or every 3-6 ferments depending on weather and regularity).
2. Don’t leave your water kefir grains much past 48 hours or earlier if you see them beginning to shrink
3. If your water kefir grains are struggling, remember they thrive best with a ratio of 3 tablespoons sugar to 9 tablespoons grains in 700ml water (adjust accordingly)
