On this job I was specifically asked if I could clean this wooden decked balcony area without using my pressure washer, even on low pressure, because the customer was worried it could damage the felt layer underneath.

Cleaning decking this way is not a service we offer, but I was happy to carry this out for this customer as a one off, as they come back to us regularly for their patio, driveway and gutter cleaning/maintenance.

Although more work than pressure washing, it does show what can be achieved with just a little bit of elbow grease and a much gentler bleach like oxygen bleach, as apposed to sodium hypochlorite
