[ Ссылка ] Foot function is very different in golf than in any other activity. Weight is first placed lightly on the balls of your feet, balanced between your front and rear foot. Then there is a slight shift to the back foot, then another shift back to the front. Proper foot action is critical to be a good golfer. Abnormal foot function can lead to not only an inefficient golf swing but pain in the feet, ankles, knees and back. Several studies have shown that specific orthotics can help golfers improve the efficiency of their swing and can also decrease pain and fatigue in the feet while golfing. In this video Seattle podiatrist Larry Huppin discusses how orthotics can help golfers and makes recommendation on both prefabricated and custom orthotics for golfers.
