Someone asked me about QSK performance of the Flex when the ATU is engaged. I rarely use the ATU since I have an amp and outboard antenna tuner, so I had to check. The ATU is online here and 'Delay' is dialed down to zero. To my ear, there is no difference in QSK performance with or without the ATU active - I consider it excellent in either case.
