PORK SAUSAGE IN A BOTTLE
Ingredients required for masala paste
35-40 dried kashmiri chillies
60g cloves garlic
60g ginger pieces
3” cinnamon sticks
60-65 black peppercorns
2 tsp cumin seeds
25-30 cloves
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 cup vinegar or as required
Other ingredients required
2kgs pork (less fat & boneless)
5 to 6 tbsp sea salt
1 lemon juice
Notes;
Store it in a glass jar & refrigerate
The sausages are ready to eat after 2-3 days.
