Ukrainian intelligence has evidence Russia is plotting a terrorist attack in Donbas using toxic chemicals. The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense has observed a number of signs, which they say clearly indicates that Russia has been preparing a false flag attack with the use of dangerous poisonous substances. A representative from the Directorate provided more information.
