Ego is NOT the Enemy....On contrary popular belief my Ego Death Experience taught me that ego is not the issue that causes much suffering in life, but rather it is the false idealized image of ourselves that blockades us from realizing our true innate nature of existence. This illusion of self can only be broken free from by learning how to use our ego as the tool it's meant to be. So do not get under the idea that you must get rid of the ego as it is also the only thing that can help you from further falling into the deception trying to defend the illusion of self.
