This Tez Talks is all about YOU. Done in 3 parts! Get relaxed, breathe deeply, close your eyes and listen to me guide you through a meditation. Meditation brings us closer to self awareness, try to carve out 15 minutes each day to meditate or dedicate at least one day per week to get some type of meditation in. This form of meditation is called "Loving Kindness" and is my absolute favorite. In three parts! The first part is a little introduction, the second part is the actual meditation and the third part are my favorite affirmations which goes hand in hand with meditation. ENJOY
