This recipe is the perfect blend between an american cookie and an italian one. Because in Italy we don't use brown sugar, I didn't discover thin crispy cookies until I moved to the States. It changed for ever the way I wanted to make cookies! So here you'll find brown sugar, but I couldn't get rid of my favorite chocolate for the chocolate chips. I think italian chocolate is much better, but call me crazy if you don't agree!
