Ingredients BBQ Chicken:
- 150g Chicken Breast
- 1 red onion
- 50g chopped tomatoes
- 30g low sugar ketchup
- 30g low sugar chili sauce
- salt, pepper, smoked paprika, curry
- 1 glass of water
Ingredients Dip:
- 50g low fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 50g cucumber
- handful chopped dill
- salt
