Ours has got to be #Sinigang! And we love a good 🚨hack🚨, this cuts cooking time by half. We’re using Sio Bak (similar to a Lechon) that you can get from the hawker centres or even supermarket delis. Or you can get Lechon from your local Pinoy shop!
PS: You can also add the pre-mix packets for an extra oomph of flavour.

1 litre Water
1 litre Chicken Stock
3 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tsp White pepper powder
6 tbsp Tamarind paste
1 Tomato
½ Radish
½ Eggplant
200g Taro
200g Lady Fingers
100g Kang kong
100g Long beans
