Jon has spent the last 20 years building his career in sales. Prior to Real Estate, he worked in the in the Biomedical world, building, training, and leading sales teams both in outbound call centers and with outside sales reps.

He started in Real Estate in 2016, doing nearly 9 Million in Sales and 34 deals his first year. His focus has always been prospecting and cold callings, focusing on building his real estate business on the back of FSBO’s and Expireds.

In 2019, Jon shifted his business to from selling real estate to partnering with a few top agents in competitive markets where he would set listing appointments and his partners would close the deals. Jon now focuses on Agent Recruitment, and building coaching programs around Cold Calling.
When not working the phones, Jon spends his time with his wife Lora and their 3 kids, Lily, Ash, and Lavinia.
