Unable to clear prelims in her first four attempts, Natasha Goyal did not give up. She finally sailed through bagging all India rank (AIR) 175 in Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exams.A resident of Dugri Phase I, Ludhiana Natasha Goyal credited her teachers and mother for her success. According to Natasha it was her mother's dream to see her here. After completing her BA in political science from Khalsa College for Women, Delhi she did her Master's in political science with a specialization in international relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, and then did MPhil and PhD (disaster management) from the Centre for Law and Governance, JNU.
