It's time the Moontain Toon (V2) split from Moontain Toon and become Moontain City which brings with it a new parks & paths budget, a set of essential services & schools, including a bonus significant education upgrade in the OG Moontain Toon! Now that the economy has calmed Upaheight is deepening the rivers, removing their downstream dam (A mistake no doubt!) over concerns of the raver over spilling the banks, especially in Propa Upagheight & areas of Roondaboot Toon as they're right at the mega dam's spillway or already at some of the lowest elevations on the county. Hopefully this prevents a tsunami from destroying most of Upaheight... Except for the Moontain Settlements!
