You'll need:

Row 2 and all WS rows: K5, p to last 5 sts, k5.
Row 3: K5, (k2, k2tog, (k1, yo) x 2, k1, ssk, k1) 3 times, k6.

Row 11: K5, (k1, yo, k2, ssk, k1, k2tog, k2, yo) 3 times, k6.
Repeat Row 1 to 12 as long as you’ll get the desired length.
Knit 10 rows and bind off using some stretchy bind-off method (I usually use this one).
Hide in yarn ends and block.
