Steps:
1. Shampoo (then rinse)

2. Condition

3. Detangle (while the conditioner is on the hair) (then rinse)

4. Deep condition (then rinse): ingredients:
Conditioner
2 tablespoon fenegreek
Olive oil
Black castor oil
Honey
Shea butter
At least 1 tablespoon msm powder

5. Moisturize (kindly note that the Garnier product I used is not a moisturizer -- it can be used as a leave-in): [ Ссылка ]

6. Put in protective style (make sure the ends are not exposed). Seal the ends with a mix of:
Murray’s Beeswax
2 scoops of shea butter
honey
Jamacian black castor oil

7. Every 2 or 3 days (or whenever it seems dry), spray scalp and hair with aloe vera juice. Then put jamaican black castor oil on the scalp and ends


Just be consistent, leave it alone while it’s in the protective style. And ALSO don’t forget to use a silk bonnet (and potentially a silk pillowcase) every night and straighten no more than 3 times a year. ♥️
