Here is how to cook GROUND BEEF BULGOGI:
GROUND BEEF BULGOGI RECIPE :
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp oil
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp ground ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sa
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sriracha
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
chopped green onions
toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
1. In a pan, heat oil over medium high heat.
2. Add ground beef, break into pieces. Stir fry until slightly golden brown. Scoop out the excess oil.
3. Add onion. Cook until translucent.
4. Add ginger and garlic. Cook until lightly brown.
5. Continue to stir fry until golden brown if you want crunchier taste. Lower the heat to medium low.
6. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir fry until all meat is coated with sauce.
7. Add sriracha, stir fry until well combined.
8. Add brown sugar, stir fry until well combined.
9. Add sesame oil,stir fry until well combined.
10. Add chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
9. Serve and Enjoy with steamed rice!
