Police commissioner Bogart and his partner Briggs have finally solved their hardest case. A wicked witch has kidnapped and ate dozens of children. At the crime scene Bogart accidentally tastes from the dead children’s flesh. It turns out to be delicious: The once respectable policeman is now addicted. He will stop at nothing to get more of the tasty flesh. He slowly becomes a monster.
