1. Avoid December. It’s actually one of the rainier months, and one of the most expensive months to visit due to the festive season. It’s not the best value.
2. Use points. If you have Marriott points to spare, this is hotel is one of the best places to redeem them. Cash rates go upward of $3K/nt in high season.
3. Consider 2br villas. If you’re traveling with a family or group of four, a 2br villa can be a much more economical way to travel than booking two separate rooms, which can cost almost twice as much.
4. Book restaurant reservations in advance. Some of the best restaurants like Cargo only have a few tables, so they can sell out weeks before you even get to the island. Reach out to the butler team in advance to coordinate your reservations.
5. Bring a raft. The ocean water is so calm you can easily float on the surface with a raft. Just remember to bring your own - the hotel gift shop charges upward of $70 for some rafts.
