This is a new mod, in its early stages of Alpha, which I believe is so far fabulous.
The mod is made by a user called Kinniken and it is a mixture of builders and minecolony, two very popular mods for minecraft at the moment.
I go very in depth in this video, covering most aspects of the mod, as I think it is so wonderful.
