1 cup besan/gramflour
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch of turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chili powder
Pinch of heeng/asafortida
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds/rai
1/2 tsp heeng/asafoetida
6-8 curry leaves
2 tsp ginger garlic & green chilly paste
3-4 boiled & mashed potatoes
Salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Some fresh coriander
Oil for frying
5-6 garlic
5-6 dry red chillies
2-3 tbsp peanuts
3-4 tbsp dry coconut
Pav
Fried chillies
