The Calls in Leeds is an area and street near the River Aire, close to the centre of the city. It is one of the oldest districts of Leeds, closely associated with its history and development. The area has a rich history, but it suffered from decline for many years. Recently, many buildings have been conserved and The Calls has experienced a revival.
