FAT burning Kettlebell workout!
Perform two exercises back to back as many rounds as you can for 60 seconds with a 15 second rest.
Layout example:
Minute 1 - 6/6 reps
Minute 2 - 4/4 reps
Minute 3 - 6/6 reps…
One round has 10 exercises in, once the 8 MINUTES are done you get a 60s rest between each round. 2 rounds to complete for the full 20 minute workout.
If you struggle or need a break: don't worry about it. Take a small rest, get something to drink & continue once you're ready :) most important is that you don't quit and push yourself.
