10 Min No Oven Mini Pizza (without Oven, without Yeast) Easy Pizza bites on Frying pan
Stovetop Mini pizza for party, Easy Quick pizza for party

Ingredients
for 16 pizzas (4 inches=10cm)

All-purpose flour 2 cups (250g)
Baking powder 2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Plain yogurt 1 cup (9 oz = 250g)
Tomato sauce 1 cup (8 oz =230g)
Shredded mozzarella 2 cups (7 oz = 200g)
Olive oil for cooking

Pizza toppings:
Red and green bell peppers
Black olives
*Prepare the toppings of your choice*

*Yogurt should be in room temperature*

1) Mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt
2) Add the yogurt and mix
3) Knead the dough for 3 to 5 minutes
4) Spread flour on the table, then roll out the dough using a rolling pin
5) Cut the dough into round slices
6) Cut the peppers into small pieces
7) Heat the olive oil in a pan over low heat
8) Place the pizza dough on the pan and cook 2-3 minutes
9) Turn the dough over, spread the tomato sauce over the dough, sprinkle with mozzarella
10) Garnish with peppers, olives and additional mozzarella
11) Cover so that the cheese melts (2-3 min)
