The Museum of Science and Industry Chicago is the other happiest place on earth.
The ones I remember from when I was a kid in the 1960's: The Burlington Zephyr (now displayed inside), the baby chick incubator, and, of course, those legendary model trains, including Loop elevated cars, modern container trains, a Metra commuter train and Amtrak's Empire Builder passenger train (William keeps them all running on time these days).
Plus, a new exhibit: a whirling man-made tornado that visitors can stand inside as a group to show that, although a tornado is less likely to strike downtown Chicago because of all the tall buildings, it's still possible.
