This is a quick tutorial on how to create a new theatre in Hearts of Iron 3 For the Motherland. The process is the same if you are on Semper Fi without For the Motherland but the interface looks a little different.
If you have no addons for Hearts of Iron 3 you are stuck with the existing theatres and cannot create new ones, so go and grab those addons!

Sorry for the poor voice quality/low volume. I had a really bad mic at the time. lol
