On July 30 of last year, a massive line-up of trains converged on the Reading, PA area, and I was fortunate to catch every moment of it at its apex, Wyomissing Junction. We start off with an ethanol train taking a detour over the lebanon valley branch then never look back, as conrail leaders, coal trains, canadian pacific, and other great catches pound through the juncion. The line was effectively one track between wyomissing and cp-dorf due to 501, making for a streetcar-like parade during mid-morning. Sit back and enjoy this blast from the past year, and please like, comment, and subscribe!
