The winner of the award for the most innovative CEO went to Gastón Taratuta, founder of IMS Internet Media Services, a company dedicated to connecting the world's most important digital platforms with thousands of advertisers and millions of consumers in Latin America. In just 18 years, it transformed into the most significant global digital advertising holding, now known as Aleph Group.

"The key is to build a great team that's as good or better than you in different areas. Remember, history isn't made when you're scared. Don't be afraid; be brave and take risks. The third thing is starting early in a trend. In 2000, companies didn't have digital marketing teams, and I had no one to talk to. Starting early in a trend and sticking with it gives you a big chance for success."

He also highlighted the experience of being born and raised in Argentina: "Those of us who live in countries with pendular and ambivalent economies are prepared to navigate the vicissitudes of emerging markets. That instability becomes an opportunity."
