Recipe for liver cake: 600 g of chicken liver, 200 g of chopped onion, 1 chicken egg, 2 tablespoons of oil, 90 g of flour, 100 g of milk, the cake is designed for 11 pancakes.
Mix everything through a blender. Fry pancakes in a pan. Grease each pancake with mayonnaise (those who like it can add minced garlic to mayonnaise to taste). Sprinkle boiled egg on top.
