Susie Vanner has announced the release of the eponymous single from her forthcoming album In These Shoes, ahead of the full album release on May 1st.

A jazzy cover of Kirsty MacColl’s 2000 classic, In These Shoes sees Susie flaunt her vocal skills over a Cuban flavoured big band arrangement, acting as a stylish and contemporary accompaniment to her classy vocal performance.

Speaking about the track, Susie said - “I love the Cuban party vibe of the song. And of course, I love shoes! Hopefully I have kept the sexy tongue-in-cheek feel of Kirsty’s original”.
