For dough
Wheat flour – 1 & ½ cup
Curd – ½ cup
Baking soda – 1/4th tsp
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1tsp
Carom seeds – ¼ th tsp
Oil – 1tbsp
Lukewarm water

For Filling
Oil – 1 tbsp
Ginger – 1 tsp
Garlic – 1tsp
Green chillies – 2
Cumin – ½ tsp
Onion -1 finely chopped
Salt – as per taste
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Dry mango powder– ½ tsp
Red chilli flakes – ½ tsp
Potato – 2 boiled & grated
Cabbage – ½ cup finely chopped
Red bell pepper – ½ finely chopped
Carrot – 1 grated
Capsicum – ½ finely chopped
Cottage cheese – ½ cup grated
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp finely chopped

For Garnishing
Coriander leaves
Black cumin
Butter
