Battery Wire Upgrade Guide [Pudding Cable Installation] - Triumph Sprint ST 1050 | Part 1
In this "Part 1" video, I show you exactly how to install uprated battery wires, AKA "pudding cables" on a Triumph Sprint ST 1050.

The cables that connect the battery, solenoid and starter are under specified on these Triumph motorcycles and end up putting more strain on the electrical system than is warranted.
These replacement "pudding" wires are a thicker gauge and allow more current to pass and prevent the issue.
I believe these upgraded battery cables are called pudding due to someone on a forum who devised this fix and provided the uprated cables in the first place.
In the "Part 2" video which will follow, I tend to the other key electrical issue on these bikes by replacing the regulator and rectifier. Keep your eye out for that one too.
