½ cup date paste (6 pitted medjool dates + 1/3 cup water blended smooth))
¼ cup tahini
1 ½ cups almond flour OR tiger nut flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp ground cardamom
Pinch of salt
Sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine date paste and tahini in a bowl. Add almond or tiger nut flour, baking soda, salt, and cardamom. Mix to combine into a dough.
Roll the dough into balls. Roll balls in sesame seeds. Press with flat bottom cup to flatten.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
