In this video I go over how I catch the Unique Longnose Gar at Neherrin River, North Carolina. I can get it on bobber and topwater fishing. I catch more Gar on the topwater lures but both ways work. I never gotten more than two Unique Gars in one day and that might be the limit. If medium cutbait, craw or large cutbait don't get you enough bites try with shiners. You can still get Unique on bobber and shiners. Cheers and take care.
