In this video I use a folding camera from 1952, the Zeiss Ikon Nettar 2C (6x9) also known as the 517/2. It has a 105mm 6.3 Anagstigmat lens, equivelant to 45mm in the 35mm format. I chose for the Kodak TMAX 100 because of the almost invisible grain and high level sharpness. The location was a local underground parking garage which had some interesting cars to photograph. Shutter speeds ranged from 12s - 1 minute, so I needed to compensate for reciprocity failure. I was blown away by the sharpness of the images and the nice contrast. Of course I used a sturdy tripod and remote cable release. This week I will go out with my Zeiss Ikon Nettar 518/16 IH 6x6 loaded with a roll of Fuji Acros 100 and find out if I can take similar or better quality images. It has a 4.5 75mm lens, which is actually a Rodenstock. To be continued...
