Raw Vegan Fudge Brownies
Makes 12 each Brownie Slices
Prep 25 minutes
Brownie Ingredients:
2c Almond flour (soaked, de-skinned raw almonds, blended to granules)
1/3c Cacao Powder
1/3c Coconut Oil
1c Walnuts (pieces)
1/2c Agave Nectar
Pinch Sea Salt (1/8t
1t vanilla extract
1/2c Chia Pudding
1/4c Walnuts (chopped, optional garnish)
Chocolate Cream
1/2c Cashew Butter
3T Agave Nectar
1T Cacao
Combine all ingredients for brownies in a large mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are evenly dispersed. Transfer brownies to 9x9 dish. With rubber spatula press them firmly and evenly into the dish. Top with remaining walnuts, being sure to lightly press them in to the brownies and set aside.
Combine the ingredients for the chocolate cream in a small bowl until thoroughly mixed and the chocolate cream is smooth. Drizzle over top fudge brownies and serve. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Freeze for up to 30 days.
