IF YOU Purchase Property after 01-07-2024 you have to pay Capital Gain tax whenever you sale
As per Budget 2024 fbr has imposed hig gain tax on sale of property if it is purchased after 01-07-24.
Fbr will calculate the capital gain tax or gain tax as per the valuation difference between purchase and sale of propert.
Federal board of revenue has published sro in this regard.
236K tax is the one that is payable at the time of purchase of property whereas 236c is the tax payable at the time of selling of property.
236c tax is payable by seller and is adjustable in tax returns.
