In celebration of Neutrino Day, join artist-in-residence Gina Gibson for a virtual art exhibit entitled “SEEKING the UNSEEN." To see our full virtual event, visit www.NeutrinoDay.com.
Gina Gibson, a multimedia artist and professor at Black Hills State University, has spent a year as the Sanford Underground Research Facility’s first-ever Artist-in-Residence. In that time, Gibson has had the opportunity to explore SURF from above and below the surface. Rides on the cage, journeys through drifts and a number of other experiences inspired a body of visual artwork that will be on display in two parts.
