This is a very simple Original10 minute mindfulness guided meditation (recorded by us), as we begin to focus on our breath, we begin to relax inwards, bringing ourselves into a meditative state. We will eventually begin to focus on the feelings and sensations of our hands and feet , without judgement, to give your mind something to practice observing and being aware of.
