Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - ½ Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1 Teaspoon
Water (വെള്ളം) - 1¾ Cup (430 ml)
Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) - 2½ Tablespoons
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 6 Cloves (Chopped)
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) - 10 Nos (Sliced)
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 2 Sprigs
Red Chilli Flakes (ഉണക്കമുളക് ചതച്ചത്) - 1 Teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder (കുരുമുളക് പൊടി) - ½ Teaspoon
