Does your Xbox One X have no display or signal? Well the issue can be fixed in a few ways.

Troubleshooting steps

1. Test your hard drive if it's bad no display
2. Test your hdmi port
3. test the filter coils that go to the hdmi chip
4. Does pin 19 short to ground on the hdmi eg. hdmi detect pin
5. Replace the HDMI retimer ic.
