To improve your half split, follow these steps:
1. *Flexibility*: Increase your flexibility by regularly practicing lunges, leg swings, and hamstring stretches.
2. *Strength*: Build strength in your legs, glutes, and core through exercises like squats, deadlifts, and planks.
3. *Hip Opening*: Practice hip-opening poses like pigeon, cow face, and lizard to increase your range of motion.
4. *Progressive Depth*: Gradually deepen your half split by slowly lowering your front thigh towards the ground.
5. *Proper Alignment*: Maintain proper alignment by keeping your back straight, engaging your core, and aligning your front knee over your ankle.
6. *Regular Practice*: Consistency is key! Regularly practice half split to see progress and improvement.
Remember to listen to your body and modify or come out of the pose if you experience any discomfort or pain.
